Over 25,000 drawings and around 100,000 pages of Manuals were scanned. BBMF can now look at a drawing or manual from their PC. A spin-off from this was www.warbirdsrestoration.com
which allows people to buy this material through the internet.
Delivery Notes
A company which delivers medicines to people in their homes produces around 15,000 Delivery Notes each month. Until they started using us, they had to wade through many boxes if they needed to find anything. Now they can find a Delivery Note in seconds. If necessary the electronic file can then be emailed.
Client Files
A typical client is an East Herts solicitor for whom we collect client closed files, scan, index, OCR and write to CD-ROM. We have scanned over 10,000,000 pages for them and they now have very few paper files in store.
